If the purling and the roof plane are perfectly aligned Sonex can be used for roof slope as low as 1°

• Single Length Sheet Up To 100 Mts: Normally any roofing sheet can only be custom rolled to transportable length maximum up to 13 meters.
• Weather Tight: Roof panels are permanently seamed together with a full 3600 double lock seam to keep moisture out and designed as water and dust barrier. The raised seam assists drainage.
• Roof Seamer: The seaming process uses a heavy-duty, Electric, portable roll forming machine called the Roof Seamer.

• Roof clips securely attach the roof panels to the supporting structurals by stainless steel tabs which are roll formed into the panel seam.
• Stainless steel tabs are 50% stronger than other galvanized standing seam tabs. The clip design allows for 32 mm of movement in either direction to accommodate expansion and contraction forces. This permits buildings up to 500 feet wide without the need for special expansion joints.

Base Material

• Galvalume: Galvalume high tensile cold rolled steel as per AS 1397, coating class AZ 150 (min. 150 gms/m2 Zinc - aluminum alloy coating mass, total of both sides), 550 MPa/300 MPa yield strength. The alloy coating comprises of 55% Aluminum, 43.5 % Zinc &1.5 % Silicon. Obtainable in bare finish & color coated finish, with sheet thickness between 0.47mm to 0.60 mm

• Galvanized Steel: Galvanized cold rolled Steel as per IS:277 & IS:513(min. 175gms/m2 zinc coating mass total of both sides, 240 MPa yield strength. Available in bare finish and color Coated finish

• Aluminum: Aluminum Alloy AA 3105

Paint Finish:

• Galvalume : Superpolyester XRW, silicon modified polyester or fluoropolymer 20 microns top coat over primer (finished side) neutral back coat of 5 micron over primer (back side)

• Galvanized Steel: Polyester top coat of 20 microns, over primer of 5 microns (Finished side.) with back coat (back side)

Technical Specification:

Providing & Fixing of Hi-Rib roofing / wall cladding system made out of Galvanized steel / Galvalume / Aluminium, permanently colour coated, profiled sheet with HI-Rib depth of 30 mm at minimum 200mm pitch distance over purlins and fixed with self drilling galvanized fasteners. Our Hi-Rib sheet comes with profiled with of 1070 mm and cover width of 1000mm. Profiled sheet shall be roll formed out of desired material (viz. galvanized steel, galvalume or aluminum) of desired thickness and paint finish.

The sheet shall be fixed over the purling with hexagonal head self drilling fasteners including neoprene/ EPDM washers on each crust of sheet. The fasteners are fixed mechanically using electric tools
