Following are the Base Material Options:
- Galvalume: Galvalume high tensile cold rolled steel as per AS 1397, coating class AZ 150 (min. 150 gms/m2 Zinc – aluminum alloy coating mass, total of both sides), 550 MPa/300 MPa yield strength. The alloy coating comprises of 55% Aluminum, 43.5 % Zinc &1.5 % Silicon. Available in bare finish & color coated finish, with sheet thickness between 0.47mm to 0.60 mm
- Galvanized Steel: Galvanized cold rolled Steel as per IS:277 & IS:513(min. 175gms/m2 zinc coating mass total of both sides, 240 MPa yield strength. Available in bare finish and color Coated finish
- Aluminum: Aluminum Alloy AA 3105
- Galvalume: Super polyester XRW silicon modified polyester or fluoropolymer 20 microns top coat over primer (finished side) neutral back coat of 5 micron over primer (back side)
- Galvanized Steel: Polyester top coat of 20 microns, over primer of 5 microns (Finished side.) with back coat (back side)
Technical Specifications:
- Permanently color coated, profiled sheet with Hi-Rib depth of 30 mm at minimum 200 mm pitch distance over purines and fixed with self-drilling galvanized fasteners
- Sonex Hi-Rib sheet comes with profiled with of 1070 mm and cover width of 1000mm
- Profiled sheet shall be roll formed out of desired material (viz galvanized steel, galvalume or aluminum) of desired thickness and paint finish. ( Please refer technical data for choices)
- The sheet shall be fixed over the purling with hexagonal head self-drilling fasteners including neoprene/ EPDM washers on each crust of sheet. The fasteners are fixed mechanically using electric tools through crests and troughs
