Ceiling Planks are manufactured out of coil coated alloy AA3105/ galvanized steel production on advanced equipment which includes several leveling stages.

Clip-In Planks:

• The Short sides of each plank are raised and pipped and stopped to ensure positive engagement into the spring tee, yet allow demounting of the individual planks.

Base Material Option:

• Sonex plank false ceiling is available in both, aluminum as well as steel

Labor cost – Labor costs to install a tongue and groove ceiling are $2 to $4 per square foot on average. Materials – Tongue and groove materials cost $1.00 to $10.50 per square foot on average. Hardwoods typically cost more than softwoods. Finish level – Unfinished planks cost less than pre-stained or painted wood.
